| Valparaiso very quickly rises into hills just a short distance back from the waterfront.The various districts are each based around a particular hill. Our hotel is in the Concepcion area, from where this photo was taken. The photo shows a part of the harbour, and some of the graffiti and/or murals for which Valparaiso is now famous. |
