8. Cherry blossoms in the gardens of the Imperial Palace, Tokyo
| Our second day in Tokyo was a busy one. We had a guide for the day and she helped familiarise us with the Tokyo transport system as well as finalising our Japan Rail Passes and reservations. Then we headed to the gardens of the Imperial Palace, where the cherry blossoms were in their early stages. |
