Polar bear and cub on the Arctic sea ice

While breaking our way through the Arctic sea ice, we stopped near a polar bear mother and cub. The mother is moving off, possibly in search of a hole in the ice which might prove to be a good place to wait for seals, their main source of food, to surface. The cub seems anxious to move on as well.
