A Gentoo penguin on Trinity Island, Antarctic Peninsula
| In 2005, we travelled to the Antarctic. On Trinity Island, just off the coast of the Antarctic Peninsula, this gentoo penguin is avoiding the "channel" in the snow that the penguins normally use and, instead, is making his way "overland" down the snowy slope to the water. |
